What are your shipping times estimates?
We aim to pack and ship all items within 3 working days of purchase. In case an item is made to order we will let you know how long it takes until it is ready for delivery. For customers living outside the EU: Officially delivery takes between 5-10 weekdays, but we made the experience that it might take a bit longer (or even less time). We will send you an email once your parcel is on its way
Are shipped items able to be tracked?
Our shipping rates are for mail registered parcels, and we can provide a tracking number for each shipment
Are the shipments insured?
Insurance for national and international deliveries can be arranged and costs 2,60 Euros covering up to 500 Euros or 5,60 Euros for up to 1.000 Euros. Please just let us know. Although we wrap everything with the greatest possible care, ANVE cannot take responsibility for any lost, broken or stolen parcels once they are sent

How secure is this store?

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it
Refunds and exchanges
If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, I will gladly refund the costs minus original shipping if you mail the item back to me. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the buyer.
Please keep in mind that all my creations are hand crafted by me unless noted otherwise, so there will inevitably be slight variation to the pieces; however, each and every piece will be just as carefully crafted as you see in the originals.
If an item arrives back damaged due to insufficient packaging or if a package is lost, a refund will not be given.
If for any reason a package is returned to me by the post office (because the buyer provides incorrect shipping info, if a package goes unclaimed, etc.) the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the package reshipped
